There are four categories for kids or adults listed below. Relays are allowed.
The cost is $25 per person or $50 for a family. Each young participant gets a medal!
To register, pay the registration fee via PayPal to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
*If you can do so, give generously, even beyond the registration fee. The fee is really just a way to give to families in Ethiopia. All race costs have already been covered by separate donations. 100% of your registration donation really does go straight towards providing clean water to a village in Ethiopia.

Once you register, we will send you an information packet that will answer many questions, give guidelines, a list of things to bring, and how to plan for the race.
If you would like to register as a relay, only ONE relay team member needs to register.
Categories for Participation (Maps & Details Below):
- Marlins (Adults & Youth) – 9 Lap Swim (225 yards), 2.8 Mile Bike, 1.54 Mile Run
(Generally for experienced 12 yr olds & up)
- Dorys (8-11 yrs) – 5 Lap Swim, 1.5 Mile Bike, 0.75 Mile Run
- Nemos (7-8 yrs) – 3 Lap Swim, 1.0 Mile Bike, 0.5 Mile Run
- Squirts (4-6 yrs) – 1 Lap Swim, 0.5 Mile Bike, 0.25 Mile Run
The Squirts’ start time is 8:00 on August 18. The other three categories will start together shortly after the completion of the Squirts category, at approximately 8:45.
Course Details and Maps for Each Group
Squirts: 1) Swim One Length, 2) Bike down Parkside Valley Sidewalk to Bradson Rd/Master Wood Way, cross over to the opposite sidewalk on Parkside Valley and Bike Back to the Clubhouse Parking Lot, 3) Run Down the Path By the Pool to the Parkside Valley Side Walk to the Lamp Post and Return to the Finish.
Nemos: 1) Swim Three Lengths, 2) Bike down the Parkside Valley Sidewalk to the Northwest Park, 3) Run Two Laps at the Park and Finish.
Dorys: 1) Swim Five Lengths, 2) Bike down the Parkside Valley Sidewalk to the Northwest Park, 3) Run Three Laps at the Park, 4) Bike Back to the Pool by the Parkside Valley Sidewalk, 5) Run Down the Path By the Pool to the Finish Line (100 meters).
Marlins: 1) Swim Nine Lengths, 2) Bike down the Parkside Valley Sidewalk to the Front of the Neighborhood, cross over to the side walk on the opposite side of Parkside Valley and continue on the sidewalk to the Northwest Park at the back of the neighborhood, 3) Run Seven Laps at the Park, 4) Bike Back to the Pool by the Parkside Valley Sidewalk, 5) Run 100 meters Down the Path By the Pool to the Finish Line.
